This is a group that serves professional practitioners and academic and PhD researchers in the field of Leadership and Management in Higher Education (HE).

What we do?

We focus on discussing leadership styles and management practices in HE. We choose areas that are relevant to current live situations and open an in depth discussion that draws on the past literature and recent findings of research utilising the expertise of those involves in bringing knowledge with experience and research based practices.

We lay on the table evidence based practices and evaluate them objectively giving the chance for people to exchange ideas and enrich content and context of knowledge.

The ITDA Leadership and Management in Higher Education (LMHE) SIG offers Practitioner and Academic a wide range of benefits. LMHE has the following objectives:
